3. User Responsibilities

4. Pricing and Payment

All services will be priced according to the scope and requirements. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Invoices must be paid within 15 days of issuance.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension.
  • Any customization or additional services beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.

5. Service Warranties and Limitations

We guarantee the quality of the services provided as per industry standards. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The following limitations apply:

  • Hardware Sales: Warranty for hardware is as per the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Website Development: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party hosting services or downtime.
  • CCTV & Access Control Systems: We are not liable for any failure due to external factors (e.g., power outages, network failures).

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data. Any personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of delivering the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and solutions created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without our explicit permission.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Termination fees may apply if services are terminated before the completion of the agreed project. Any outstanding payments for work completed must be settled upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services, including but not limited to system failures, security breaches, or data loss.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates(UAE). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the UAE.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
